I’ve dealt with this depending on your setting just say “I suppose I could be like the other guys that roll through here” or “the guys you meet on tinder” etc. normally they laugh and move on or something. A guy told me don’t lay all your cards out in the table. Be mysterious, unpredictable and playful. She normally gets the oh yeah extremely I’m so confident reply a lot as does she get the beta no I’m not “then goes into a story of his feelings”.
