Depends on what you are looking for.

If she explicitly says she's worried about being pump-n-dumped, it means she's done it before, and worse, she's probably engaged in the behavior and thought nothing of it.

OK. So the thing about most red flags is that they're personal. I honestly don't think a girl fucking you on date 1 is a red flag but some guys do. And some guys have so many red flags to the point that yes, it is a confirmation bias that a women will never be good enough because the good enough women in his mind doesn't exist.

My personal thing about girls that hang out with you go on dates and don't fuck you is that most of the reasons they give you for not sleeping with you are bullshit. She doesn't care about your intentions or if she'll get pumped and dumped.
