Long story short I had a rough few months this year, ended up losing 3 stone of muscle and only being able to afford 1 meal a day. I stopped talking to everyone and lost some confidence. I feel fine, but the way strangers or anyone really, treats me now is much different and it shows. I'm still pretty good looking, but my personality currently doesn't reflect that a lot of the time. It's hard knowing I was so much better off months ago, it definitely subconsciously effects my confidence.

Recently I started a new job, and I work with 3 women. No guys. I theorize that because I've still maintained this cocky personality from before, they constantly want to take me down a peg or two. They constantly talk about sex and make it obvious they are trying to gauge my reaction. Usually I just stay quiet, but they take this to mean I'm uncomfortable with it, when I really couldn't care less, I'm just not interested in sharing my sex life with random women I've just recently met. So they often berate me for that, and because I'm trying to be polite and respectful, I just smile and say sure. At the end of the day I couldn't give a fuck what they think, but then again maybe I do a little because I'm sat here writing this? I feel like I don't so I think it's purely subconscious.

Last night we went out for drinks and a big girl walked past. The other girls started to laugh at her. Feeling bad for her, I said actually she's pretty attractive. This struck a nerve. My manager was suddenly super eager to get this girls number for me. At first I agreed, sure why not do what you want. She kept going on about it so in the end I just said look, I'm not really attracted to her she isn't my type. Thought that was the end of it. I had to go home early. About an hour later I get a text from my manager with this girls number attached, and I also receive a friend request from said big girl. So my manager approached her when I left and not only got her number, but gave her my Facebook page. Seems to me like she was kind of jealous/spiteful about the whole thing. She has been berating me all day to text this girl. I just keep saying she isn't my type. The thing that has really pissed me off is that after taking it all day I turned around and said look, do I really seem like the kind of person who would need you to go and get a number for me? She said yeah. I said "if I wanted a girls number I'd just go and ask." And that's the truth. Im not really shy at all, my looks do 90% of the work. She was like "yeah ok then" sarcastically. So i just said its not my fault you've taken some false perception of me and ran with it. To which her and the other girls all started to laugh hard. Not gonna lie, I was genuinely baffled. I just kind of smiled, but inside I was like wtf is going on here. They are painting this image of me that doesn't align with who I am, and it's kind of like they are trying to force me to accept and act that way. I'm really trying to be nice, I only met these girls 2 weeks ago, but after today I'm thinking fuck it. No more mr nice guy, I'm putting my foot down. After all they've clearly shown 0 courtesy or respect for how I feel.

I've only really scratched the surface because I don't wanna bore you with it all, but there are a few other examples. I'll be having a good day at work, feeling great, and my manager will pull me into her office and ask me what's wrong and tell me I'm acting wierd. It's bizarre. It's like she sees that confidence and instinctively has to squash it. She also loves to make wierd sarcastic jokes, but if I do the same she acts like I'm some huge creepy wierdo who meant it fully seriously.

Not sure if I have oneitis over my boss, because even though all of this is going on, she is hot, constantly giving me sex talk, and also tries to get me to open up a lot which I do my best not to. But because I've been lonely for a while its really tempting and it makes me have a wierd sweet spot for her. At the end of the day it's mainly her doing all of the shit testing, and the other girls are just laughing and love watching me react. I can deal with it a certain amount, but now it's to the point that they're giving me this preconceived persona and expecting me to fit into it it's breaking me slightly. So that's why I'm posting here. Because sooner or later I'm just going to flip and tell her to stop being a sad judgemental cunt, and then she'll probably sack me out of spite which can't happen.

My only plans going forward are to start bulking/lifting (just got my first pay check), focus on the job and continue ignoring them. I kind of want to fuck her but honestly know I wouldn't because I can't risk this job right now. So that's my plan, what would you do in this situation?
