You are taking a look at their few days of amazing times out of their 360 or so bad days which they don't post up.

All you will see is constant good times and not their shitty days. We as people are always going to have bad days, which is why social media tricks people into believing that the must be something wrong with us if we arent constantly having amazing times like everyone we see. Fitting in with society is the textbook definition of blue pill. You admitted that is why you use social media -- to "fit in better."

An alpha male does not follow trends; he sets them. An alpha male has fun or gets "lit" no matter where he is. An alpha male meets women in real life as opposed to being teased through a screen. An alpha male discovers his own passions through personal experience. An alpha male doesn't fit in, others fit in with him instead. An alpha male is social minus the "media" aspect.

Social media can be valuable. However, you haven't reached the ability to harness it yet. I recommend deleting every account right now; it will still be available later whenever you become more well-rounded and are able to use it effectively. Quit cold turkey. Go lift or find another hobby to take up your time.
