Premature ejaculation can have a myriad of etiologies.

Five reasonable suggestions:

Get more experience with women in general and you won’t bust in 30 seconds, I promise. There is actual scientific backing that the first time you have sex with somebody (that you find attractive), your brain biologically wants to ejaculate quickly inside as that’s the basis of reproduction. However repeat encounters with the same female? It will take longer for you to cum.
Wearing a condom does delay time to ejaculation due to slightly decreased stimulation, so wear one if you weren’t already (due to pregnancy risk and reduction of STIs)
If you feel yourself about to bust, stop everything you’re doing and pay more attention to her. Don’t think about ejaculating and it’ll take longer for that to happen.
Even if you do prematurely ejaculate, nothing is stopping you from a round 2 once the refractory period has subsided. And round two will last longer anyways. Play with her and tease her in the meantime. Eat her out or finger her while you wait. Play it off like it’s not a big deal.
Seek a professional medical evaluation. There may be an underlying cause that is not apparent to you now.

I have the opposite problem. Always have. Unless the girl is a smoke show and I'm talking mad shit, I just can't cum. I don't even masturbate or watch porn. It's all in your head. Read sex god method for a full explanation and way to fix it but it stems from 3 things.

1) over use of porn

2) deathgrip when masturbating

3) anxiety

The first two are easy to fix. Simply quit watching porn and lighten your grip. Slow down and enjoy the strokes like a finely smoked steak.

Anxiety is the hard part. The reason you have this anxiety is more than likely due to a fear of ejaculating too early and disappointing the girl. Most guys say, "idgaf what she thinks but I still cum too soon." You do care what she thinks so quit denying it. If you're about to cum and the first thought in your head is "shit I think I'm gonna cum" then You care about what she thinks. If not You wouldn't give a fuck and you'd bust on the first stroke every time and go back to playing fortnite.

You need to dive in your head and figure out why. Most guys get this because they failed to receive attention from women at a young age. Now as they are older they seek that validation from their attention and sex as the ultimate form of validation. PE is the equivalent to stripping that validation away.
