every time i come on here each OP manages to be even more of a fucking plonker than the last! why do i even ask you lot for advice when these are the people giving it BLOODY HELL

She's probably:

Processing the fact that her boyfriend told her that he's just using her for sex.
Trying to figure out what happened that led her to this position she's being put in.
Re-evalute where she stands with you and in life, and figure out what is most advantageous for her going forward (which could mean leaving you).

Could be that you have one of those rare people that likes to think things through before they overreact. I might be wrong though.
