I struggle quite a bit and the second I find a 7/10+ SMV girl who intellectually compares to me, and has low N-count I will practically wife her on the spot.

Or she will simply soft next you for coming off as desperate.

When women are in campaign to get a guy, they'll do stuff they will never do again. Opera, comics, books on math, you name it. So, it's hard to get a match on the intellectual level, but this also makes the golden rule. If she's not trying to impress you, NO GO.
Here are some other aspects I think are worth mentioning:
- She didn't mention her ex, she's not telling you how she expects you to be;
- You are cool with her slutness. It varies, some men are cool with CC riders, some are not;
- As a safeguard, unless you're talking of a conservative woman that had strong restraints against fucking around (I'd say, if she said her ncount is above 1 partner for each three active years or above 5 overall) make it sure your ncount is above 3x hers. Just so this doesn't come out of the ashes of hell to bite you in the future;
- She can bond;
- She is trying to please you, worth mentioning twice;
- You're cool with her looks;

If you have the will to get in a LTR, bear in mind the woman you see in a couple years is your real partner. If things are getting worse, they'll keep getting worse unless you change the handle. If you can't prevent it from derailing, you need to get out.
