Sort your own shit out before you worry about someone else's.

She also told me she thinks he is a sexual person since his style of flirting implies that.
A rule of thumb is that if a woman mentions sex and a guy in the same sentence she's thinking about doing him. Example: "I won't have sex with [insert guys name]" means she's thinking about having sex with him.
Another thing about women is they are passive aggressive, don't communicate directly and like to trickle truth. When she says "he's a sexual person", it's because that's how SHE sees him.
In the spirit of Donald Trump, I'll come out and tell it like it is: your girl is thinking of fucking the roommate. Plus, based on her living arrangements, the odds of her tripping and falling on some random dick ("ohmygawd it just happened") are pretty high. If I were your big brother, I'd advise you to make her a plate at best. .

Don't trust your fucking gut, that's the same as saying trust your hamster. Your gut knows how to solve issues by nuking them, but it's completely stupid as for figuring out the reasons.
What's happening with you is, you have pedestalized this girl. You made her IMPORTANT. Just take a look at how you didn't mention a fucking wrong thing about her. Despite of that, there is something wrong with the relationship. It might be something she's doing, nagging, disrespect. It might be that you're feeling like you're over investing in the LTR or overpaying for her affection. Or maybe she's simply not good enough for you to refrain from fucking around. It's hard to tell for sure but I'm biased towards assuming she's doing something that bothers you because you protected her too much. Anyway, since you can't admit there's something wrong with your fantasy your brain picks up a feeling that will cause you to nuke the problem. It hacks itself to get you to solve the issue.
The core idea of RP is looking at reality, no lenses. It doesn't apply only to women's behavior though, don't let yourself get jaded by it. Take a good look at your whole relationship to spot where's the problem, then you think whether it's something worth solving or not. Don't be scared if you learn it is not.
You're lucky your brain has picked "gut feeling she's cheating", this one you can see through by being rational. Should it have picked polygamy call or n-count disgust as a proxy, you'd be helpless.

Pedestal, pedestal, pedestal.
Man, your gut is telling you she's cheating and you are nearly sure she is not. Rest assured, there is something out of the place. Maybe she's just not good enough, but there is something. Blue pill is trying to convince yourself there isn't anything wrong and the reason you feel in angst and anxious is your toxic masculinity. There is something wrong. Look better.
LTRs are inherently anguishing though. You have to say "no" to your hardwired polygamist drive, all the time, and saying "no" to a hardwired drive always causes angst. Few LTRs are worth that, usually scarcity mentality and other -more legit- external factors come into play to keep them.
They're like that for gals too, by the way, but their hypergamy only strikes when they have to forfeit a chance with a better male (not approaching the subject of the egoism here), so I suppose it's far less anguishing for them.

Pedestal, pedestal... Man, the LTR isn't about HER. It's meant to be about YOU and how YOU feel. You do you, she does she.
Blue pill indoctrination tells us it's only morally acceptable to break up if there's something wrong with HER. Turns out, that's bullshit. It'll still sux if there is something wrong with the LTR (the inherently anguishing bit), or if there's something wrong with you. If there's something wrong with the LTR, it's FAIR, MORAL and LEGAL to break up, or to seek a way to fix it, your call. If there's something wrong with you, it would be better if you could fix it, because you should, but turns out it's often impossible to do it without breaking up, so, I tend to assume it's better to break up.

The thing that really freed me...The thought that I'd never had before this sub introduced me to it was this: IDGAF and AWALT. Someone posted once and it stuck with me, "You're probably not her first and you probably won't be her last. You're her right now." I'm almost 40 now and it was probably some 22 year old kid that wrote that, but it changed my entire perspective. Who gives a fuck if she's cheating? Do you? If you do, then get rid of her. If you don't, keep her around. If you're not sure if she is, ask yourself if you care. If you Honestly Really care. If you do care, then get rid of her. But you probably won't. And man, I don't say that to be hurtful. I say it because it's the truth. You're not in a mental state to see the game from above yet. You're in the middle of the game with all the pieces. Take a big step back and look at the bigger picture. If you're unhappy with her in any way, get rid of her. Have more confidence in yourself. You've got this Life thing on lockdown. Own it!

If she has opportunities to cheat (alone with other men who are more atractive than her) or if she does a lot of peacocking (outrageous makeup, hair dye, body mods, hysterics), then she's cheating.
Girls don't set out to cheat. They cheat by setting up scenarios or inviting scenarios in which they can cheat.

You sound insecure in writing so you are probably like that in RL. Hypergamy will pick up on that BB scent

There's still a way on an iPhone so long as she hasn't turned it off. I won't get into it, but it can easily be looked up.

Trusting your gut is an inadequate measure for me. I like evidence. When I suspected something, I hid cameras, recorders and followed her. I gave her a new phone with a tracker. I wanted to know a definitive YES or NO. Found out that nothing was happening. Got what I wanted, continued pounding her, no worries. YMMV.

Yeah, you need to sort your head out. A lot.
Women cheat for sure, but these aren't signs of it.
Men's gut feeling about partner cheating is often good, BUT with jealous and insecure (basically the same) people that radar goes off when it shouldn't. It's impossible to tell from the inside, but do be aware of it.
Here's what you do:
When she's relaxed and happy you say "Have you cheated on me?"
(Not it is "cheated" and not "cheating", which is an ongoing process and is easily said "no" to).
She'll hopefully say "No! of course not!"
If she says "how could you even ask that!" or "what do you mean by cheating" or "I'm not that kind of girl" or "Why, don't you trust me?" or ANYTHING ELSE EXCEPT "No!" then she's cheating. Most girls hamster rather than directly lie. Some directly lie though.

Also, if she does not seem genuinely shocked and says something that sounds rehearsed, then that's a bad sign. You mentioned some of the canned phrases they'll have ready.
I accused an ex of talking to someone she was hiding from me (had good reason) and she immediately went into a monologue about trust.

where she got mad because I always assume something has happened that hasn't
Getting mad is a defence strategy to blame you for asking. Also, it's reasonable if you're being harassed for something you've not done.
but since she hasn't she thinks I shouldn't assume situations that haven't occurred.
And she's right, so long as she hasn't ever cheated. But if she has, she's wrong to say this. And of course, you don't know which it is.
Look, she's gonna cheat and/or branch swing eventually. Just accept it and make peace with it and live your life accordingly. I don't mean blaming her immediately... I mean look hard for signs but don't alienate her meanwhile.
