Went out to my friend's bar for a thanksgiving afterparty. Sat in a booth with 2 girls and knew the owner so social proof was fairly high. HB7 walks up to our table, she's a friend of the owner and introduces herself to me. She holds eye contact for a good 5 seconds, longer than usual, and breaks it first. After that she immediately starts warming up to me, sits right next to me with her thigh touching mine. The whole party smoked weed and invited me outside for a smoke. I had a hash oil pen on me and offered that up, one of the girls at the table was hesitant because of its potency, but the HB7 next to me chimed in that she wanted to try it. Went to the back patio and she comes out not longer after, at first she demured about hitting the vape, then all of a sudden she puts her hand on mine for a hit.

Once we get back inside I chat her up for a bit and I can tell she's really warming up to me, she has her thighs pressed up me again. Around this time I have to cut out. I took out my phone, opened up the new contact screen, put the cursor on the mobile # field and just reached over to her and said 'put your number in there'. She hesitated for a second, I said nothing, then she put in her # (correct number since her whatsapp popped up). After she put it in she asked me what I'm going to call her for. I sarcastically said oh you know just to talk about the weather. I dunno how good of an idea that was but she laughed and said...i have apps for that. I just told her you can't trust the apps. Looking back I think I should have replied to her ? of what are you going to call me about simply by saying I want to take her out, but I didn't want to be too overt. Still, I think that a statement of intent isn't such a bad idea at that point. What do you guys think?
