I made plans with a girl tonight. This was after she flaked on me before so it was supposed to be her last chance. She texted me a little while ago something like "I know we made plans and I hate to do this over text, but I'm not in a place to be dating and it's not fair to you to carry on. Thank you for being so patient" bla bla bla. I just replied saying "lol ok".

I've already deleted her number though I'm not going to lie and say it doesn't feel like a punch to the nads having to be let down like this. I guess I just want some re-affirmation that what I did was the right move so I get some consolation for my bruised ego.
