I met her in November. She was visiting family while she was on break at school in another city. We got along well and started having sex from our second date for a few weeks. She left for another month of school and then for three weeks in December. After this she was supposed to go back to school for 3 months before her next break.

We hung out every second day for two weeks but on the third week as I was dropping her off at her home she said she was too busy to see me the last week. (She's a nerd sits at home and reads books all day. There is no way she is too busy.) This was honestly quite a punch in the gut for me as I understood that this was a huge indicator of disinterest and I thought she was really into me. But clearly I had made a mistake somewhere along the way that made her lose attraction. Or maybe she wanted to have some fun on her holidays and then move on with her life.

I smiled and said "No problem. I get it. I had a really a good time with you and it was great to date you." She asked, "Why are you acting as if we are never going to see each other again?" to which I just kinda said "Yeah... true." She kissed me and said she might see me before she leaves and got out of the car.

I didn't initiate any texting during the last week of her stay and she sent me some Youtube videos about the inside jokes we had that I responded to without seeming like I was butthurt, but she never hinted at seeing me or even said goodbye. I didn't text her after because I didn't want to become an orbiter.

It's been a month since she left and I pinged her with a "Hey" text to which she responded to enthusiastically, sent me a picture of a cake with bride/groom at wedding she attended and said "Hey look it's us!".

What is my optimal play here if I want to have sex with her again? I want to hold frame and not message her again. I've already demonstrated that I am thinking about her with my ping a month later. If she messages me when she comes back, I'll try to set up a meeting with her. If she doesn't, then I can consider it done.

Is this a good plan?
