This is a complicated question. I can address your first part, which I think is a misconception you have;

That said, I observe a strong feeling in the community to prefer shy, not so hot, not so horny women for LTRs as they raise less red flags and therefore save us future headaches.

What many of us are advocating for, is a low partner count. That means, the 18-21 year old girl who has only been with 1-2 guys or less. And yes, that typically does mean "still innocent" and shy and reserved - that does not mean she can't be smoking hot still. This should be relevant entirely for those men looking at the prospect of a girlfriend, or LTR's, NOT plates.

Sometimes a lot of Western girls this age can still be extremely narcissistic, slutty, and what have you. That doesn't change the fact that logistically the younger they are, the better prospect they tend to be in terms of lower partner count. That's a topic unto itself, and you frequently see Western girls guilty as charged for all these entitled and spoiled traits that quality men despise and see right through.

Otherwise, you're right in your questions/assumptions I believe, yes, going after the most attractive women should be the goal. But don't get too caught up in the ratings, there can be a 1-2 easy point difference depending on a man's tastes, as long as you aren't bullshitting yourself.

I also think this is a flawed perception here. Why is "high spending" a good thing at all? You want a woman that loves spending money? Usually (speaking from experience here) that just entails a shitload of narcissism and materialistic bullshit. A "high spending" woman is a huge red flag for me, plain and simple. That could deserve it's own topic itself.

As for the "highly extroverted" part, that's not necessarily a good thing either. Again, we aren't going after shy girls because they're easier, they just happen to be "shy" because they're younger and less experienced. A "highly extroverted" woman can be a bad thing as well; shallow, tons of fake friends, no real direction in life/only lives for the partying. An ideal man and woman relationship (ideally) works very well when the man is older and more experienced - proof of concept here would be in the Captain and First Mate LTR game model.

The long story short in this, I think you're confusing LTR material with PLATE material. Plates are women you're ONLY interested in FUCKING. These deep personality traits do not matter because you're only interested in fucking her. When it goes into LTR game, you have to carefully vet her, and look at the bigger picture of these traits, in addition to her physical attractiveness. The biggest ideal win if you're looking for an LTR should still be the stunningly attractive woman, who's also highly feminine and cultivated, with a low partner count.

TLDR: You're confusing LTR material with Plate material, plain and simple.

What you wrote is the product of miscalculating best-returns from typical risks. Once you can calculate it properly you won't write anything like that ever again.

The first and last point, shy and "not horny", are what I want to address.

What you need to keep in mind is that, eventually, a woman will start opening up, figuratively and literally, as her count increases. She'll lose that shy attitude, become more comfortable with herself, and start to crave sex. And that's all well and good. That's what grooms her into a fine plate down the line.

There is an alternate route, however, to breaking her out of that "shell", and is why these girls are advocated as the prime choice for LTR. Instead of letting 4 or 5 ONS make this girl more outgoing and adventurous, YOU can do it in an LTR. YOU will make her more comfortable with sex, with not being so shy; essentially, you're grooming her.

The major takeaway here is that although the end result is a less reserved girl, you have to consider the environment that caused it. If she was groomed through one night stands, she will associate the tingles with new guys all the time, and crave the adventure.

If, however, it was YOU that groomed her, she will now associate YOU with her expanded sexual desires. YOU will be the focus of her new attitude, and she will want YOU. She will seek you to fulfill her desires, because you're the one that gave them to her in the first place.

That is why low-count girls are the top choice.
