Difference between Frame- Confidence and Arrogance?

As a piece of advice it's useless, but it's the perfect way to describe it to someone who wants a crystallised description of what you're asking. "Stop giving a fuck". Stop caring whether people like you. For me it comes from a place of "everyone's an asshole so I don't give a fuck if they like me or not." Probably not the healthiest perspective but it works for me. Enables me to just say whatever I want.

I work in a shop currently. I don't smile but I look them in the eyes and engage them in conversation. Usually they start to try and qualify to me. If they say something funny or interesting or simply make an effort to connect with me then I might smile and I'll engage them in conversation, I award them my approval. If I opened that interaction with a smile and try to engage them in conversation immediately without them having done anything worthwhile they generally tend to think I'm low value and aren't receptive. By not smiling I'm indicating I don't care whether they are receptive or not. I'm indifferent, or outcome independent. And it makes me seem like someone worth trying to win approval from. this is just my experience. I'm sure it's different for everyone and I have a lot to learn for interactions occurring outside my frame.

I go in to every opportunity with the beginner's mindset but with the intention to kick ass. I don't like to do things half-assed; I go in wanting to do things full-assed. I know that I might suck at it, but I'm going to be enthusiastic as fuck and listen to someone if I recognize they know their shit. I'm confident because I know that, after time and work, I will be competent at whatever I'm doing. There's no need to fake it. I always have that mindset.

dont worry about arrogance, the question is confidence or cockyness?

To fake confidence, you just fake it till you create it. as brent smith says, lol. when a girl shit tests you, and you fail it, she will know its fake confidence only then. if you pass it, she cant be sure.
