Short time lurker just discovering TRP.

First a little background, I'm currently talking to a girl long distance, I've met her in person for a few weeks. The long distance isn't a big deal as in a few weeks I'm going to be living in her city.

We talk every day and she's expressed her desire that we keep dating when I get there. She's friends with my cousin (that's how we met) and I know from her she wants to get serious with me when I get there.

Anyway it's finals week and she's very stressed. We were skyping last night and starting to have a serious talk when her mom came downstairs (she lives at home while in her final year of college) and started nagging on her. She was listening to her mom for a little bit and without warning she hung up the Skype call.

I thought we were disconnected so I tried calling back, no answer, so I texted her "what happened?"

She gets back to me like 10 minutes later with a "sorry :(" and then sends a message saying she's at her breaking point with stress and finals and that she's on her period and it's all too much for her and she needs to just go to bed."

I tell her I think we left off at a bad spot and that I want to talk to her tomorrow morning about it.

Then she says, "lol we're both in stressful parts of our lives right now huh? I'm going to take my kinesiology test in the morning and get chores and errands done, but at 930-1000 my time I will be on my way to a craft party with work friends and I'll be able to talk in the car then:)"

I say I look forward to it and then wish her goodnight.

So what should I do? I'm feeling like her hanging up on me was a massive slap in the face and I want to confront her about it. At the same time she's extremely and rightfully stressed right now and I don't want to make it worst for her, but I feel like there needs to be repercussions for that behavior, stressed or not.

What do you guys think?
