So, I spent 3 months not dating anyone because I was improving myself. I started learning French, I started reading books and I started lifting, and found a job again (I'm 19).
But I did talk to one particular girl during this period. I sometimes made sexual jokes, we laughed together and I passed her shittests, yet she was deep down in the friendzone.
Yesterday she rejected my offer to go on a date (Her loss, definitely), but she said she'll meet me and I didn't insist. It was her birthday yesterday so... do I buy her a simple gift? Just something to show I remembered. I'm afraid of looking like a try hard.
