There is evidence all over the web about changes in people's lives. Go read the TRP sidebar and then ask a more specific question.

Do some investigation before making judgements.

I know it has helped me become more confident, I finally started lifting on a constant basis instead of stopping and starting all over again. I maneuvered myself into a unique and powerful position at my job thanks to some of the extracurricular reading TRP led me to.

All in all, yes. But if what you're looking for is an easy way to success- TRP isn't it. It's hard work to challenge everything you thought you knew.
