I’ve dated a couple of girls, and I’ve always been VERY affectionate. Hugs, kisses, you name it, I just like giving people affection. Is it because I don’t receive/give that often? I don’t know, but my question is, what’s the good amount to show? Should you show any? Should you just be cold? What’s the healthy balance in order for them not to become uninterested and move on?

I feel that sometimes me showing too much affection can make a relationship I have with a girl stale where she just becomes uninterested (like what happened months ago).
