If all those things are exhaustive to you then you're with someone that's not worth it because it's only exhaustive when it's in excessive amounts and/or you're doing it unwillingly.

Get with a girl that doesn't ask for much and is more than okay with just your company as opposed to wanting to go on dates every weekend.

And the sick thing is that your continued performance is expected as part of the relationship. Stop doing all that shit and the relationship evaporates.

It's how I break up with women.... just stop putting in any effort. They either get mad clingy or they disappear - relationship ends either way.

I highly recommend avoiding exclusive relationships. You're much freer to participate or avoid as you feel like it without performance obligation.

It shouldn't be exhausting. Stop being a shoulder to cry on and a driver. If any relationship is taking more than it is giving than that is not a relationship worth it, set some boundaries.
