someone else's sucess should not cause you negative emotions

people showing me a bank account with 500k in it , hot girls their fucking , mustang turbocharged, firearms , gang affiliatioms , being 6' 4 , jacked , famous etc. may lead me to think more of the person in question but not less of myself. i am well aware that there are people ahead of me in various fields and there always will be. i only use this fact as motivation to keep moving forward.

sounds like you need to adress this fact.

also being a follower on social media is a waste of time, be a leader and maybe keep up with a few ppl u care about or dont fuck with it .

That's a natural consequence of the app. You compare yourself to others, envy and jealousy grows.

Dropping it altogether does mean you need to make the effort to contact your friends though.

You are seeing the best moments, of a person's life on IG and pretty much what they want you to see. For every good time photo they would have 100 bad time photos which they don't put up.

People are fucked beyond salvation and require validation in times of desperation.
