I’ll always upvote and read this typa material on here, we need more of it. Pussy should be merely a symptom of you being a fucking Greek god beast, not the primary goal. Not even the secondary or 10th goal. Become the best version of yourself. Go to bed every fucking day a better man than you woke up. Smash through your short term goals to get yourself closer to your long term goals. Just fucking win in life, that’s the typa shit I like. Idgaf about the perfect picture angle to get more tinder …

I’ve always lived by that same code, however you treat me I will intensify it and reflect it back onto you. Treat me like a good friend, I’ll treat you like my family. Treat me like a bad friend, I’ll treat you like you’re dead. Fuck those niggas, keep grinding and stay tunnel visioned on your goals.

It’s good to be that nigga. Oh shit it’s fucking Dboy2233, what’s good bro?! When people hear you’re coming they should get excited. When you meet new people, they instantly respect you and fuck with you. In social situations people gravitate around you. If you can relate to any of the above, you’re doing well. Be that nigga

Weak men are a toxic disease harming everyone they interact with. Nobody benefits from being around weak men or dealing with weak men. Weak men, aren’t men.

As long as you’re making progress that’s all that matters. But if you’re fat and don’t do anything about it, you’re a fucking pathetic beta whose genes don’t deserve to be passed on

Way to go about this in a redpill manner. Not showing people what to do but giving them the “toolbox” so they can do it themselves.

I’m gonna go off on a bit of a tangent here. There’s a reason every single mega successful person exercises regularly. How you do one thing, is how you do everything. How you do everything. Is how you do one thing. If I can achieve a Greek god physique, I can fucking do anything. I’m spending more money on food because I need to maintain my high protein intake. I’m spending roughly 2 hours including travel, warming up, etc on the gym 5 days a week. I’m paying for a membership, I’m spending my mo…

If you ask me, it’a thinking about ideas, theories, or even objects that are not in the here and now. Concrete, which is the opposite of abstract is simply answering the question of “what?” What’s going on, what do you observe, what can you see. Abstract thinks about why, how, exceptions, forming theories, etc. Analogies for things is generally pretty abstract. Concrete thoughts are surface level, abstract thoughts go deeper and adds meaning. If you asked a concrete thinker: What is the Statue o…

Most people over estimate how much they can accomplish in a day or even a week. Most people also vastly under estimate what they can accomplish in a year, 2 years, 5. No great change ever happened over night. Lebrons clutch three pointer the other day? That’s the result of him drilling shots after shots when he was 13. Shit takes time, but time will pass anyways so you might as well become great

It’s so easy to grab your phone, open a tab of facebook, whatever. It takes about 23 minutes to regain your focus after a distraction. Keep that in mind. An hour of uninterrupted quality studying will do you wonders. Quality over quantity

So you only try with girls that write you in big block letters, stating their interest? Always assume attraction, you’ve already gotten rejected twice by this girl, why do you need us to tell you she’s interested for you to pull the trigger?

Instead of fears, I like to look at it as challenges. Having the self confidence that you’ll figure it out because you’re adequate and capable eliminates the fear of failure. At that point it’s no longer a fear.

It never stops just like many things in life. You never stop learning, improving, getting better. Just do what you can right now and consistency will do the rest over time. Lift, practice good habits, put yourself first, one day that’ll become a part of who you are

One of the greatest lessons or “tools” I should say, that I’ve taken away from redpill is: Doing what you wanna fucking do. Many of the posts on asktrp can be answered by that lesson. Don’t know if you should let girls sleep over? Do what you want. Don’t know if you should go out with this girl? Do what it is you want. Guys who give up on women on that askmen post are probably doing it involuntarily. In other words, not doing what they want. If you want pussy all the time you know what you shoul…

I speak from someone who used to be a short fused hothead to someone who gets riled up a bit more often than the average person. In the sixth grade I walked up to a kid (albeit one that nobody liked. A douchebag) and socked him square in the jaw, broke his braces, duked it out all bc he threw string cheese at me. Crazy part is it happened to be my best friend who threw it, not even him. When I began my journey of self improvement, personal development, my temper was one of my first focuses. I st…

Anyone who has aspirations of becoming incredibly successful, top 1% type shit, has to put in the mother fucking work. My health (nutrition and sleep), gym and goals are the priority. I’ll go out when it’s convenient for me, fuck them when it’s convenient for me, respond to choosing signals when it’s convenient for me, all when I feel like it. There’s a difference between that and entirely giving up on women

I read a post a couple weeks back on the main sub. It talked about how we Rpers have zero excuse to not win in this game and zero reason to feel bad for ourselves. The author used the word “map.” He said we have the map to the treasure. I know I’m thankful for stumbling upon here

Many of us would agree with you there. It makes me wonder why that’s the case. Much of RP has to do with biology and evolution. I wonder what that explanation would be in this case. Maybe all women needed was the ability to seduce and attract a suitable mate, not making close friends, allies, etc.

You dislike the fact that someone would fuck in your bed and whatnot. Just like any normal person, nobody is denying that. Widen your lens and consider the entirety of the situation, all things included. There’s the problem and then the way the two parties go about that problem. And a hundred other factors combined. Juxtapose that with close male relationship that OP mentions throughout

I used to try and look for the perfect book to read. I’m no veteran (I’ve read about 10-15 books) but now I simply read things that interest me. Like someone else said, read things you feel you are weakest at. If I see a book that is mildly intriguing, I’ll add it to my library. I’ll get to it eventually. Even the worst book is a million times better than reading nothing at all.

Both, my periodization follows a undulating or cyclical cycle rather than linear. I won’t do a strength based program for a couple months before flipping a switch and chasing hypertrophy. I’ll alternate my intensity (% of 1rm) and volume day to day rather than by phases. However I always keep the weight as heavy as possible within that RPE or rep range. For example, this week I started Sunday with a hypertrophy based shoulder day. Tuesday was a strength based deadlift and back day. Yesterday was…

I’ve been taking creatine since I was 18, now 21. I’ve probably had about 3 months total where I wasn’t on it due to missing doses and losing saturation. However I plan to be on it the rest of my life. If you’re 18 and over there’s really no reason not to use it. It’s dirt cheap too

You want to be aesthetic, you do that by growing your muscles. You grow your muscles by breaking them down. You break them down by lifting heavy and often. It's that simple. My only concern with your program is Tuesday. I don't understand why you need to go heavy af (5 reps is damn heavy) on squats followed by heavy deadlifts while the next day your only compound movement is incline bench for sets of 10. As long as you recover I suppose you'll be fine

I used to neglect abs until I cut for summer 2018 and looked good everywhere else but the midsection. It's been about a year since I devoted to training abs regularly and I'm starting to see some solid results. Granted my other muscles have 5 years of training under their belt, so my abs still need to catch up. Throw some leg raises in between sets. Do them at the end of your workouts. You found an exception to the essence of my message. Some DBs look aesthetically to similar some UFC fighters. Cool. Big like a linebacker was the comparison. If I got to wake up tomorrow looking like one? Definitely an NFL linebacker. Or any skill position. Hell give me a lineman body, I'll cut and look like an IFBB pro. The amount of sheer muscle those guys have is impossible natty. Any average Joe can look like an mma fighter in a year or 2.

During my bluepill days I was a simp and I could say I had oneitis for all 3 of my exes. What helped me was swallowing the pill. Serratus anterior. It's incredibly neglected, more so than rear delts. Combine them with obliques and abs and you have a Greek God midsection. The serratus can be worked by doing push ups with elevated feet, dips, or the ab roller. Anything that forces your shoulder blades out and/or down

Honestly that's all good news to me. How do women take it though? I feel like many women would despise the idea of playing the role you described. If you're alpha enough they'll gladly do it? Is that the logic? In 10-15 years when I'm ready for kids do I make that crystal clear up front? I've just never heard of such suggestion until now
/r/TheRedPill31/08/19 12:37 AM

I want to have kids because I want to pass on my legacy. Everything I had to learn the hard way, served to my successor. Hopefully a boy or 2. I heard having a mother in the picture helps a lot. Honestly, still really young and don't know too much about the nuances but I want my kid to have the perfect living conditions.

I've done a ton of sports. Few of them had me sweating as hard as skateboarding did. The crazy part is I was never super tired, out of breath. And you're right, it is super fun. It also gave me a 32inch vertical and a high pain tolerance.

Regarding your comment about being rich as fuck. Isnt it recommended to be married bc children need a mother, not because you don't wanna do as much work? I'm assuming if you're rich you can hire people to help with the kids. But they still won't have a mother. Isn't that the actual issue with single parents?
/r/TheRedPill30/08/19 08:02 AM
1

This is an interesting take. It would honestly be my top option if it was doable. But is it? I'm still very young but I know I want children and I know that I want to raise them as best I can. Having a mother helps. If I could have all the benefits of giving my children a mother without the burden of marriage, I'd be down. How realistic is that though?
/r/TheRedPill30/08/19 08:00 AM

The only reason I'll ever get married is because I want to have kids one day. The only reason.

Cut out added sugars. Look on the nutritional label, go to sugars and make sure there isn't an added sugar line. Omission of such means there is the absence of such. It's really fucking easy, only takes a couple seconds and does wonders. If you follow just this one tip and go all out as long as this rule is followed, you'll be healthier than 90% of the population.

Something that I often tell myself is to help myself. I constantly think about how I can do favors for my future self. Little things. Over time, your future self will thank yourself. You gotta find a way to fall in love with it. It took me many years to figure that out. The same applies outside of the gym too. When you genuinely enjoy something you will be best at it. One thing that I would advise is getting rid of your coach. You don't need a coach unless you're preparing for the fucking NFL combine. You're making one of the biggest mistakes TRP advocates against. You're making women, pussy and sex the top of your priority list. Do you have any goals you want to achieve in life? How specific are they? Are you making the gym a part of your lifestyle? Is your diet in check? Are you reading everyday? You see, if you actually make yourself your top priority, not only will your quality of life improve but so will your smv aka your chance of getting that sweet pussy you idolize.

There's a mountain of information on lifting/nutrition. And within each level of the mountain there's more mountains. There's not a ton I would say that hasn't already been said. The harshest comments here are also the realest, and therefore the ones you should be paying attention to. This is the last community on reddit that will ever endorse and participate in sugar coating the cold hard truth, facts and reality. TRP is supposed to hit like a truck. It's not supposed to be easy to swallow.

Do you think Dan Bilzerian is discussing alternative marketing strategies with his chicks? You also have to a analyze your question. Do women love driven men or do they love the fact that driven men are more likely to become successful and thus, have more resources?

Great leaders think fast and move faster. This isn't limited to women. People will gravitate towards you in life if you can stay collected and take action. Make the decision that feels right at the moment. Execute and follow to the end. If you recognize a better alternative halfway through, learn from it for next time and quickly resume executing your plan.

One way of thinking that helped me is realizing that their opinion has very little weight and impact on my life. I am far more concerned with what my colleagues and boss thinks of me/feels about me. Remember two of the main pillars of trp: 1) Abundance mentality 2) You are the prize With that said, it helps a ton if the woman is already moderately interested and attracted to you. Push pull and remember it's not what you say but how you say it. Godspeed.

Many answers here can prove as quality guides. The process should take some time. For example, upon meeting a new bro, I'll be hyper vigilant, paying careful attention to his true character and intentions. All it takes is one night and one too many shots to reveal their true nature. I embrace being the mentor role in many of my closest relationships. Generally speaking, I look for a couple things: Non-beta. Not necessarily alpha because I believe some men can have self respect without the vast, …

Picture this: the day you die, you go to heaven and stand before God, Buddha, Allah, whatever. He introduces you to: yourself, a different version of yourelf. This version of yourself is who you could've been if you had achieved all you ever possibly could. If you chose what was meaningful over what was expedient. This is the greatest possible version of yourself, you maxed out your life. My end goal is for me to be the same exact person as that other guy.

Like others have said it's more of a subconscious and placebo thing. But that doesn't mean it's useless. Another way to look at it is your thoughts can create emotions. Since your body is incapable of differentiating emotion from a real event and emotion from a thought, you essentially have mastery of, or at least far more control over your emotions once you accept and consciously work on this. I'm no expert, but I'll try and interpret and explain this to my understanding. I think there's a difference between complimenting a girl, to make it sexual and to make it clear your intentions. First impression typa deal. Trp advocates not to compliment women bc it implies dealing with women over time, whether that's a plate or LTR. The goal is to never show women you need them. AFAIK the purpose of a belt is more to create a perimeter for internal bracing, around your core. How I see it with straps, wraps, belts, etc. If I condition myself to be used to anything other than what's on my body, I'll become dependent on it. For example, I'm running errands on a busy ass day whatever the reasons are, I don't have my assistances on me. It's back day and I've conditioned my grip to rely on straps. Or its leg day and I left my belt at home, maybe it broke. Whatever. I go naked…

I disagree. I follow a ton of great physiques and many pages showcasing luxury houses, cars, etc. Luxury pages will post 10 pics per post. I literally go through every picture and imagine myself sitting on that couch, or by that pool, in that kitchen celebrating my success of obtaining that specific house. I really like dreambuilding on IG. The natural tendency to compare yourself with others, enviously, isn't a ig or even social media problem, it's a personality problem. A mindset problem.

It's quite wishful thinking to expect a brand new beginner to have great form, with mind muscle connection while squeezing/strerching the muscle. Form good enough to prevent injuries, and weight heavy enough for a rep range of 8-12 is more than enough for a beginner. Mind muscle connection will come. Controlling the eccentric and stretching the muscle will come. Overwhelming a beginner with everything at once to start, isn't helping him.

Well said. I read something on TRP recently. Spoke about how personality is a concepr. You are the one and only person who knows exactly the feelings and thoughts you have every day. Dependent on how you act or react, and how you are perceived.
