Not a veteran yet, but one thing that has worked really well for me has been improving my SMV. Just keep at it, and the confidence will come naturally.

Primarily, improving the way I look, as well as doing better at my career has increased my confidence tenfold.

I'm new to the redpill m 4 months, studying abroad for college, what helped me the most was a combination of reading the side bar and certain books such as Models, No more mr nice guy and The Rationale Male. And just implementing uncomfortable actions everyday, my self confidence is at its highest ever. now it's like here I am, take it or leave. You never know when its gonna happen, but when the switch hits it will ooze out. So be patient and keep doing the uncomfortable stuff and be consistent.

My confidence comes from a different place than most men. I was a successful drug dealer for 8 years before getting caught with under 5lbs.

In this time I was constantly exposed to dangerous scenarios. My life was at risk, people would try to rob me, plenty of fist fight with neurotic people. In few words, in aware that adversity doesn't stand a chance against me. And it translates into women are no more terrifying than a crazy sociopath with a gun.

The thing you can take from here, is to tackle your fears. Fear of heights? Go skydiving. Fear of the dark? Go to a sensory deprivation spa.

Just over 2 years in the grind. Accomplished a bunch of shit and lost others. Went to the gym and am part of the 800 pound club but gained alot of fat (don't dirty bulk dipshits). Started a successful charity, elected to several organizations (im a student) both on and off campus, VP of the largest frat on campus. I don't think you will ever be 100% sure of everything you will do. The thing about becoming self aware and confident is being aware of your short comings. This is compared to a cocky 16 year old who is sure of everything he does despite the fact he hasn't done squat.

Socialising is something you need to practice. Just get out more, learn how to talk to people more and joke around. If you dont then no progress will occur. Say yes to all invitations for a while.

It never stops just like many things in life. You never stop learning, improving, getting better. Just do what you can right now and consistency will do the rest over time. Lift, practice good habits, put yourself first, one day that’ll become a part of who you are

Not a veteran, discovered TRP after a nasty breakup July 2018. Went from 230 to 170, started feeling truly confident about 3 months ago when my man boobs were flatter/shaped lol. Keep working!
