Nobody said life was easy, be thankful you realized it when you did. If you are having trouble accepting that life is hard. I’d recommend reading stoicism.

It's called "Red Pill Rage". Though it's not really a rage for most people. I went through this stuff too. It feels like you're going through the worst breakup of your life.

But it'll be over soon, and once you make peace with the truths you've uncovered you'll never have to go through a bad breakup again, because you'll understand how women work, and thus not get emotionally attached to them.

The best advice I can give you when you reach the light at the end of the tunnel is to not stop at just learning about women. Most people do that. Learn more. Get better at certain skills, learn more about the world works, read lots of books. Keep going and don't stop and you're gonna start feeling like 10x the person you were each year.

Depends on what your objective is. If you only want to bang girls indiscriminately, then you really don't need to do that much, and already possess several positive attributes:

you can read and write
you're intelligent enough to understand what you've read
you have access to the internet
you're (most likely) male
your lineage is an indication of several people that successfully procreated
you have an understanding of the opposite sex

You probably have other good qualities, and if you're not hideous, or obese, or insanitary, you can get laid. If you want more out of life, then yes, you'll have to put in the work—whether it's improving your fitness, or your finances, or gaining social status.

I can only take so much "holy shit---wish I knew/saw/understood before" and I have to head back over to starterpacks or personalfinance. Raised by a psycho single mother who hated men and never should have produced offspring isn't a good foundation for much in life. Sometimes its very depressing; especially when one thinks of all the time down the shitter.
