I don't know her age, but 25 minimum considering she has a kid.
Anyways, she's in my class and for the past 3 weeks or so has been treating me a bit different. When she talks to me, she is smiling quite a lot. She always makes sure to say hi to me every time I go to class, and has initiated conversations with me about my 2 of my new shoes saying she likes them, the brand, etc. The other day I came in with a hat and she commented on how I look like a different person, with a smile as always.
When she talks to me I get a sort of instinctual feeling like she's more invested than me and she's trying to get me but I don't find her so attractive so I'm not reciprocating the smiles and that feels wrong when I can't respond as giddy as her, which is because I don't really care about her. She's not ugly, but just saying it's my natural reaction. I'd still be interested in seeing where this could lead...
I hope I'm not just overanalyzing like a dork. But I feel like I'd be a negative person for not thinking that she would want to fuck me. Plus: "Always assume attraction," right? And well, it seems like something is going on since she isn't talking to anyone else except for me, the one who doesn't invest much into the conversations and I don't see her smiling at others like that. Thoughts?
