There is no such thing as a cold approach in TRP.

You cold approach after she sends you a non-verbal invite.

That non-verbal invite is a non-verbal shit test with her saying "you won't approach me because you have no balls" and when you do approach, you're non-verbally winning over the shit test.

Think of it this way: what is worse, lower SMV or no SMV?

There are many guys who are great with women and have tons of success, and yet their close rate is abysmal, lower than 1%. They do this by approaching constantly and they don't wait for "ideal conditions".

It is a numbers game. Most of us can't afford to wait for ideal conditions.

It completely depends on what frame you’re approaching with.

If you’re approaching with the frame “You’re a beautiful girl, and I am a needy low value man who is bad with women and will take just about any girl here”, then she will by default be of higher value as you’ve put her on a pedestal and yourself on the ground.

If you’re approaching with the frame “I am an attractive, high value man with good game and a line-up of girls of my preferred caliber, and I am only approaching you to see if you’re even cool/hot/high value enough to be in my life at all”, then your perceived SMV will be very high both in general and compared to hers, as only a man with a really high SMV would be coming from that place internally.
