You aren't answering any questions here and arguing with every answer.

How long have you been lifting?

What is your age, height, weight, bodyfat?

Do you have abs or a gut?

What are your max bench, squat, and deadlift, both when you started and now?

How much time do you spend a week in the gym? Do you get DOMS?

What's your tdee? How many calories you eating per day? How much protein? Take creatine? Any supplements?

If you can't provide this, nobody here can help you because you're fucking around.

If you aren't seeing progress either your diet is shit, your lifting is shit, your sleep is shit, or some combination of the three. Stop asking this fucking question and figure it out.

Why aren’t you telling us how much “time you’ve put in” as you say. Probably cause it’s not that much time. It takes years to develop an awesome physique you can be proud of. Bodybuilding isn’t a game. You’re in it for the long haul or quit now and stop your fucking whining.

Are you coming from being skinny or fat?

If you skinny, you probably arent eating enough. Maybe push pull doesnt work for you. If you aren't making progress with said routine, find one that does.

Are you eating enough? If you're not eating in a surplus and consistently getting stronger then don't be surprised when you're not seeing results.
