You don't "dump" a plate.

This is not a long term relationship. Plates are for casual socialization, maybe some social proof, and sex. Beyond that, there should be no expectations.

In your situation, I recommend The Fade.

For starters, stop sexing her up. After a week or so of that, stop meeting up. Always have a good excuse. Studying, work, sick mother (if your mother is sick), etc. After a couple of weeks of that, stop initiating contact at all. When she initiates contact, give her polite, brief, uninformative answers. If she asks what's wrong, say "nothing, just busy these days."

Eventually she will run across another guy and that will be it. But you've left the door open to re-connect for more sex later.
