No joke here, if you're in good health, talk to your doctor and get Viagra.

I'm 38 years old and in good health, but at times I suffer from ED. Especially when I'm with someone new, it takes me a few times to get comfortable with someone in bed. It's caused problems before in my dating life.

Last time I went to the doctor for something unrelated, I explained the situation to my Doc. He gave me an Rx for the generic brand Viagra. It was embarrassing to talk about to my doctor, but holy shit, it's like I'm in my early 20's again!

The only difficult part is the timing - takes about 30 mins to kick in and lasts about 4 hours. Sex can sometimes (often) be spontaneous so it can be hard to guess when to pop the pill. Obviously I don't tell dates that I take the little blue pill lol, so have to sneak it in when I'm on a date.

Also, you'll probably need the GoodRx app. My insurance doesn't cover Viagra and the generic is almost $1000 per refill. I can get it at Kroger pharmacy with GoodRx for about $20.

Seriously the best decision I ever made when it comes to my sexual health.

This also happened to me once with a new girl. People here are suggesting taking drugs and that will work but if you're a young guy in your 20's or 30's you shouldn't need that at all.

This is where your problem really is. The key is to relax and not overthinking it too much. Focus on the moment and if that doesn't work, picture in your mind your darkest fantasies, the sort of stuff that you know will make you hard. Sex should be something done with pleasure not worry.

It's true that it should suffice to be aroused by the girl you're with but all sorts of worries can pop up, either from performance anxiety or just general life problems that are troubling you at the moment. Again, relaxation is key.
