Ending a relationship is an invaluable experience for a man and a massive confidence boost. I lost my chance to end a relationship, and then it fell apart. The only thing I regret about that relationship (it was good, and I “loved” her too) was that I wasn’t the one who cut ties. I know that on a subconscious level my abundance mentality would have been better had I done so.

If you don't want to be in the relationship then it's better to say fuck it and just end it: especially sooner than later. Do exactly what you just did: state out loud or write it down why this isn't a good fit for you and being out would be better. You said you're young and aren't ready for commitment. Less stress (don't have to worry about someone else) Freedom to talk and do whatever Ect.

don’t throw something good away just to dive into being more “red pill.” a good girl is very rare and if that’s what you have, think twice about whether or not you really want to give that up.

if you do, or if she’s actually not that great or whatever, go for it of course. the sooner the better. but don’t make the mistake of believing that simply the act of breaking up with a girl even if she’s a good one is going to do you any good.

Jesus Christ this thread has some of the worst advice I've seen on asktrp. You can't 'fade' on a 3 yr LTR. That's the sound of someone that's never been in an LTR. And a huge pussy. You also don't demote a 3 year LTR to plate. Might work for a pro but proably not for you since you clearly aren't well versed in TRP. Plus she (probably) deserves more than that. There's also someone saying not to do it cause she's a good girl and their aren't many. You sound young, there will absolutely be many more 'good' girls out there for you.

There is only 1 solution: Sack up, be a fucking man and break up with her. Doesn't matter how. Just do it as soon as possible so you can go on with your lives. Tell her your coming over and say 'we have to talk' right before you come to brace her for it. Dont say anything else by txt. Then go over to her place. Tell her you think she's great blah blah blah but you aren't in love with her and your both better off continuing on apart. And stick with it. She'll cry, it will suck but then you leave (since you are at HER place, very important).

Then, and I promise you this, you will feel the greatest relief on earth. All those doubts you had about going through with the breakup will melt away. The world will feel open and exciting. You will basically forget about her in under a week. It's the greatest.
