Let me ask you something are you an Alpha or Beta male?

First for argument's sake using wealth as a proxy for success, let's be objective: where do you rank in terms of wealth scale in society? Top 1% or bottom 1%?

Secondly, let's be subjective: where do you rank in terms of the happiness scale? miserable or cheerful?

Crude but Got your answers?

Now the Redpill would advise that the alpha is the rich dude whose also content as fuck and is your typical definition of perfection (which we should all aspire to) and hence gets all the girls. Whereas the beta is the poor dude whose a burden to society - we should steer clear from, and hence gets no girls.

But neither are balanced or experience life as it should.

Let me illustrate: the alpha - how is his life? A constant chase.

The Beta - how is his life? A constant chase.

why? well, the alpha has to deal with gold diggers and fake friends and wants the intangible things in life like love, peace, happiness and freedom. The beta has the opposite problem: he perhaps has intangible things like peace of mind, maybe true love i.e. a girl who doesn't just want to use him - but he doesn't have the tangible stuff, hence he's lower down in societies hierarchy, feel like he's missing out and hence they both do the same thing. They spend their life chasing what they don't have. So both are fucking lost.

What if the sweet spot was the middle ground?

Whose the most average guy you know?

well, what if I said he's probably got the best of both worlds - he's got enough money to survive on AND peace, happiness love, freedom too.

He has the tangible and the intangible. Best of both worlds. Or as the stoics would say his approach is one of indifference to everything.

Maybe all this self-improvement to become alpha is making the majority of us guys reading this miserable, maybe it's not what it's cracked up to be?

ultimately no amount of EITHER the tangible or the intangible is gonna make you a rounded well-balanced man.

Disclaimer: I'm biased. As a self-improvement addict for the majority of my life - I would like to hear the older members experiences on this theory? Am I on the money or is it quite simply a fucking brutal world and you either do everything in your power to become alpha or you go home.
