Most mentally weak men (and all the women) usually change when in a relationship, they are no longer individuals, they become a "couple". Interesting is that change to accomodate the other is one of the things that kill attraction. That is why is so important to have goals and hobbies, so you dont get sidetracked and remain yourself and on YOUR path.

Work on you, you cant change them.

You can only lead by example.

Follow what you're doing here and when you talk to them about relationships, they'll think you're clairvoyant because the advice you give them is so spot on.

That's been my experience. "Dude my girls is doing x, why?" Me - "Because she blah blah blah" them - " naw man, she's not like that" 2 weeks later them - " dude you were so right"

But to lead, you have to be acting. Worry about you, don't worry about them. Your friends today may not be your friends tomorrow and that's not necessarily a bad thing.
