The most important part was intrinsic: I dropped my old bluepill mindset.

Back in the day, I always operated under the assumption that if I wanted sex and intimacy, it had to be inside a relationship - after all, I didn't want to be a fuckboy who uses women because as we all know, women deserve to be treated better and only jerks wouldn't do that.

When I finally got over myself and realized that it was actually easier to get casual sex on my own terms than a relationship (casual sex only requires a baseline of attraction and mutual sympathy to be met, a serious relationship needs a lot more), it got a lot easier.

The change for your life is pretty far-reaching when you finally managed to get a few girls into bed (even if they weren't all stellar 9s).

the nagging feeling that you're missing out and having been left out (and also the possible resentment coming with it) subsides
you gain confidence in yourself and your ability to attract (and satisfy. won't forget that) women
you get a knack on how to seduce women ("seducing" used in a rather liberal manner)
you probably get more experience with passionate and kinky sex (women who are willing to sleep with you without strings attached are also more likely to be willing to experiment a bit)
and finally, having an FWB affects the way you bear yourself around women. When your, well, physical needs are taken care of, you don't treat every 6 like a goddess. When you're dating seriously, a rejection loses a lot of its sting - either you get a relationship on your own terms (with a woman you're actually int) or you can continue enjoying your single life, win/win - as opposed to before, where every rejection just meant that you dry spell would continue.

10/10, would recommend. My only regret is that I didn't see that earlier.

I don't know if I've ever been qualified for the "foreveralone" label but here's my story:

I've never had any problem making guy friends, I had, and still have, a great group of friends from HS and from college. I always was super anxious and awkward around women, I managed to make out with a girl when I was 16 because I was kinda good looking and sometimes some girls would approach me. A couple of rejections destroyed my teen confidence.

I didn't touch a woman again until I was 20, when I briefly dated a girl for about a month and chickened out of the relationship before losing my virginity.

I realised I had to do something with my life when I went in a summer trip with my buddies and all of them got laid except for me. They had the correct attitude, they were fun and looking to have a good time and sex if it happened, the same thing girls were looking for. And I, was such a Nice Guy^TM , and also a virgin by the age of 26.

I joined a gym and started lifting. Best decision ever. I wasn't bad looking, but lifting made me look so much better, and the best thing is it helped me with my confidence issues, A LOT. Before I started lifting if a woman looked at me in a bar or club I would look down and run away. After lifting I started smiling back, talking and flirting.

In about half a year I started making out again with women in clubs and bars, after a seven year dry spell. I started dating girls, and I finally lost my virginity when I was 28 (!). I began to be more social at work, made a good group of friends and started to hook up with a girl there.

I'm not a player, but now I manage to hook up with one or two girls every couple of months, which is good enough for me looking at my past history.

Three things that made me evolve to a better me:

Lifting, it changed my life, if you don't lift start right now!
Talking to women you feel are attracted or at least curious about you.
Being more sociable at work.

This is probably not RP, I'm just a lurker here, but I just wanted to share my story hoping it might help you.

Most of my life has been about me trying to find alone time. My goal in life was never huge houses (had them) or expensive cars (also had them) or any kind of fame and fortune (had them). My goal was to be comfortable enough in having contingencies ("options") that I could get away from work and life and people and bask in my own one-ness.

I love spending time with my family, my peers, my LTR, etc, but there's nothing better than spending time alone. The phones are off, the laptop is put away, and I can sit on my deck or a beach with the sun cast down on me and just glow in contentedness.

Alone is good, when you know you're not alone. I dream of aloneness every day, it's my one real fantasy and the escape into that world is the best part of my week.

Please dont take this as an advice.

I started as the typical beta guy. Soft, not trained, etc... Got friendzoned several times and was a virgin till 18. Met a older girl (22 would vote as a 6). We started as normal friends (friendzone-alert). We met several times over a a period of months, doing nothing sexual. So i was the orbiter again.

Than one weekend we were going to a concert with some friends. She texted with a guy before. They met them at facebook and yeah she wanted to fuck him. Lucky me the guy fucked up his game and had a shitty looking in real life. So at this evening on the drive home we cuddle on the backseat of his car ( he was the driver ). From this moment we met more and more but nothing more than cuddle.

A few weeks later we were going to a birthday from a friend of her. There i was talking with an another girl (also a friend i know for a long time ... friendzoned me too). So she got very envy.

At the same evening she wanted to talk with me. And she told me that she was envy etc. I said: i dont want to wait till there COULD be something between us and at this point she kissed me. The day after we had a relationship.

It worked but if you are into trp you will do it better and faster.

I always had plenty of guy friends, but I really struggled to get girls and didn't even kiss a girl until I was 18. I didn't know how to react around girls. I thought it was like defusing a bomb, say the wrong thing and it's over. I would wait to figure out what to tell her over text for 15 minutes, and in person I never flirted successfully.

In college I changed all that. Lifting, not giving a fuck, expanding my circle beyond the crazy religious groups my parents made me associate with.

I never told any of the girls I used for my first kiss or first fuck that it was my first time. You know why? Because they would have said that it needs to be special and would have left. Translation, you aren't experienced enough to get me wet I used them as practice rounds, and clawed my way up to where I am now.

And now I have a fairly good life. Going to college, I have good guy friends, and low maintenance girl that is fun in and out of the bedroom. Better yet, I know I could drop and would drop her in a heartbeat if she started giving me shit. That's a good feeling.

Get over depression (i think it was depression dunno) that was 15 years ago
Move around, get various jobs. That helped me figuring out what I want to do with my life and how important is to have a job that pays relatively well.
work in a strip bar as a bartender. The insight I got into female nature while working there is priceless. My mistake was thinking that not all women are the same. Had oneitises for strippers, shit happened. It's in the past now, lessons were learnt.
Had some short term relationships, never had a LTR longer than 6 months. Either I dumped them, or they dumped me. Now I have a new purpose ahead, found TRP and it all makes sense now. Going swimming regularly and hitting the heavy sack, bit of lifting as well.
I had until recently very bad approach anxiety. I'm still working through it, but i got a lot easier. Didn't get laid in 1 year, severely reduced porn and masturbation. Got an escort to remove the dry spell.

Aand that's about it. I'm going out regularly whenever I can. Meet new people and have fun.
