Long story short, exgf started acting weird and distant when she stayed over for a week. IDGAF attitude, did my own thing while still acting like nothing happened. She stopped being intimate/no sex etc which is a huge red flag when it happens out of the blue. Ended up breaking up with her after attending a wedding. Literally not 30 minutes later she added her ex and started trying to get back together with him. A couple of days later they did. Probably was already talking/thinking about her ex and fucking him so I'm relieved she's out of my life.

Looking back I'm 100% sure I was her rebound because she never talked about her ex. I know she's butthurt because I sniffed her out and dumped her first. Completely blocked on all social media etc. It's kind of comical after starting my path down trp.

Just trying to self reflect and see if anyone experienced such a trainwreck before.
