1) Don't hide the fact you are a sexual creature. Sexual desire should not be a hidden secret. This is most men's first mistake.

2) Call people out if they say or do something disrespectful. For example, if someone is 20 minutes late without letting you know, calmly tell them that you expect them to give you a heads up next time. Don't need to be aggressive, a dick, or bitter about it, but a calm statement followed by not dwelling on it and having a good time is usually enough if it's the first time they've done something. No one respects a person who lets things slide, bends over and takes it. If your best friend was super late, wouldn't you call him out on it? Then why do most men let this slide with women?

I had this question six months ago when I discovered redpill. I improved few things that makes me feel more manly. * Lifting, you already know this. Read the the sidebar to do it in right way. Set goals here. Mine are 2x(body weight) on squats. 2.5x on deads, 1x overhead press, 1.5x bench. * beared is very masculine if you can grow one. * clothing, I started to put big heavy boots and dark raw denim. Its make me feel strong. * doing hard things in all compartments of life. * always be aware of frame and control it.

IDGAF, in my opinion can give you that. I couldn't express anything untill I learnt the "NEXT.." attitude. In social situations you are not an action hero, if you are not getting satisfying results, change the scene/girl/plate/wing/method. What will it give you? Social intuition as it comes only when you have enaugh comparison and comparison comes to you when you change situations quickly. I am not saying about escaping but when your stress level rises you brain won't get enaugh oxygen to give you goos ideas.

EDIT: honesty and authenticity, for example, if you are shy, approach a girl and say "You know I am extremely shy, but couldn't just pass you..". It was just an example, but the attitude should be "I am what I am, if you accept it it is good, if you don't...next".

Show up to a party, if it's shit, leave within the first 30 minutes, or any social event really. Once you're over it just leave rather than trying to appease the people there.
