This question is more so to communication with other men. I have started to get inside my own head when having conversations with people I am just meeting or not 100% comfortable with. I feel like I am either looking away to much, and when I focus on holding eye contact the other man looks uncomfortable and I feel the same. How should normal eye contact be/feel?
