Tough questions like that are best answered in a light hearted and non serious way. Just like you answered. Unfortunately, some women don't have a sense of humor but fortunately if she's uninterested then you can move on to one that does.

Unless you are willing to compromise with yourself and put up with her attitude that comes with it, I'd just let things ride and see what happens. Become a passive/receptive participant in this dynamic rather than an active pursuer. That way if she's still interested you have clear evidence suggesting that and if she is no longer interested you're no longer wasting resources, either way you're being efficient with your time and efforts.

One of the classics I learned through Red Pill is to start counting them off on your fingers and then ask them if you can use their fingers and toes ( also count 2 fingers at once and say OH Yeah - there was that threesome )

You have to remain congruent. Going from “oh I lost count over to 100” to “actually I’m a virgin” comes off as you’re just flat out lying rather than playing with her.
