I've been lifting weights for almost two years, but started strength training a little less than a year ago. I was (am and feel) naturally VERY weak, and underwhelmed by bigger males, even though I'm at my strongest and fittest so far.

My lifts are:

Squat - ~275 LBS, ass to grass, little grind. I feel like I could squat more, but the gym I go to has no squat rack. If I grind without a squat rack I might panic and drop the barbell. I know I can lift that weight 100% safely.

Deadlift: nearing 450 lbs, but cheating. I use either reversed grip or wrist wraps. Normal stance(not sumo). And form is not the best(my ass goes up a bit high, before getting the barbell off the ground). Still maintaining a straight back, more or less. Sometimes I wear a belt, but I try to stay away from it. No injuries so far. No big grind, although i feel some pressure inside my head.(weird)

Strict OHP : 155 was my best. Big grind. Need to work on form as it's not a perfectly vertical path, and my lower back goes ''in''.

Bench: 235-240 at most, full range of motion, grinding it quite a bit. When I first started I struggled with 135 lbs.

I am not big by any means, just 180 lbs, hence my lifts are sub-average for my weight. Don't know my exact BF level but I'm somewhat lean. Got abs, depending on lighting, bicep vein and vascular forearms. Arms look muscular, but not big.

I recently got my ass handed to me in a armwrestling match by a non lifter guy. I felt so weak. He was of similar weight to me.

I read somewhere that if you have the two plate bench, you're already stronger than most of all male population. Which is weird because I feel my strength is average AT BEST. (not for lifters, for the general population)

A plate I had from abroad last year told me some very big strong meathead type of guy harasses her at work. I can't do jack shit, since I'm so far away, and even if I was where she was I still couldn't do anything, because I feel small compared to a meathead, which I aspire to be. I'd most likely get my ass handed to me again. I actually think she's attracted to him, even though he's the bad type of aggressive, and says she feels offended, but that's another story.

Sometimes i feel unworthy, because of my strength level.

Did you ever had these type of complexes, and how did you overcome?
