what is the best way to reply to questions of my stance on gender roles and feminism when in professional settings such as the office or work related social events?

i would never be one to get involved in these conversations at work, but women like drag people into conversations and id like to be prepared. should i go with:

a. not a feminist

b. feign ignorance/"ive never thought about it" and shut it down

c. lie and say "yes im a feminist"/"i believe everyone deserves equal rights" etc to appease the situation

in a normal social situation id just be honest about being an anti-feminist and not care about what people think.
