This type of stuff happened to a couple of my friends. What they later found out was that the woman either lost attraction, cheated, or both.

Now, in your situation, you probably did something that made her slowly lost her attraction to you. Usually with really long LTRs, both people get complacent and display unattractive traits since they are use to seeing each other.

Was there anything you did that you noticed that it disgusted her? Think deeply and carefully.

Look I'm not gonna sit here and say "oh she definitely cheated" because all I'm going on is your 100 word post. Is it possible? Yes. Did it definitely happen? You'd know better than us.

I know this shit is tough man. I know it feels like someone just sucker punched you in the gut. And I know every time you think of her you want to just pick up the phone and talk to her to ask for her back or at least get some type of explanation.

But don't try to talk to her. Listen I'm in my 20's and have never had a relationship longer than 2 years so I can't know for sure, but I'd like to think that what your fiance did would be a dealbreaker for me. Even if in a month she comes crawling back begging for forgiveness how can you just resume your relationship? 7 fucking years and she doesn't have the decency to communicate to you why she's dumping you?

I don't want to assume why she left you. Asking that is not the point anyway. The point is she left a 7year relationship like it meant nothing. She didnt care how it would effect you, obviously she did it for whatever reason seems logical to her. Don't chase, if she contacts you, do not answer or respond. You must move on. If you tolerate it now, imagine if you get married and she does the same thing. It sucks man, I know, and I know you're hurting right now. I cant tell you how to numb the pain, its going to be there. Get active though. Go out, have fun, call some friends go do some shit. Buy new clothes, spoil yourself. Just do not contact her. Good luck man.

Yea, this reaks of her fucking another guy and falling in love with someone else. It sucks and will be a crushing blow that will take time to heal from. The sooner you can start to care for yourself and go into hardcore improvement mode the better.

Would need more info if the "why" is something you want to know, but even then there may not be a reason you could just point to. With no info it isn't even clear if you made any serious missteps at all.

What you do know is you have to pick yourself up and move forward. If you think of something that motivated this shit by all means fix that for your happiness but otherwise you just have to live one day at a time and be better.

Do not chase her. Do not allow her back if it comes to that. Whatever "this" is it is in her character. No contact. Move on. The grief process is EXACTLY the same as if she had gotten hit by a truck. The person you thought you knew is gone.
