Back when i was having lots of issues socially and psychologically. I discovered through my introspections that when i was young, like 5, before school and all that shit, i never had any of these personal issues. I didn’t have anxiety, i wasn’t insecure, and i took what i wanted. I was a true alpha. As i got older, i started having problems fitting in and socializing. Now, i am starting to think that the best way to kill the beta is to find your inner child. As a small child, you are the center point of origin, but you still helped those in trouble, you didn’t care what anyone thought, you just did you.
I think I have read posts on this. I think after all my analyzing and recovering from a childhood of rejection and insecurity, im getting to the point where maybe I should just stop caring. Caring seems create anxiety and kill my frame.
What are your experiences with this concept?

TL;DR Did finding your inner child kill the beta in you?
