Just take her to a park for a walk. Wear casual clothes. No flowers or anything at all! Women get freaked out when a man is all pompous and “prepared”. A plain polo shirt would be fantastic with sneakers and jeans.

Don’t offer to escort her to her platform of the subway or to her home, unless she asks you. This is your first date. You must maintain the frame. Just be a nice dude without being a beta.

I'm betting you're young. Take it in baby steps. Don't try to escalate your first date ever into sex. Seriously, there's no way you don't fuck that up.

Walk in the park, stop by a coffee place for a drink and a snack, maybe a stop by a bowling place or mini-golf are very good ideas. Something very casual. Don't look like a slob but don't look like you're going to the prom either. And don't drown in cologne.

Try to entertain yourself in your interaction with her. Be fun and have fun at the same time. It will draw her in if you can do that and be relaxed and easy at the same time.

Escalation - gentle arm and shoulder touches while doing an activity. Maybe a hand hold and eventually an easy going kiss. Try not to cream your shorts the first time she grabs your hand and kisses you back.
