Brooos, what's good. I have a question regarding something I've heard numerous times from girls I've dated, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, so let's hear TRP opinions...
I'm 31 and have been RP aware for a few short months. Obviously I've started to question how much of what women say is actually true.
My STR of 6 months recently told me this is the first "Real" relationship she's been in. We're both 30 by the way, and this girls no virgin. She says how she can be herself around me, has never had anyone she can depend on other than her dad, even takes it as far to say she's "prayed" for me.
I don't know how to feel about this considering she told me she was with someone for 8 years. That's actually fucked with my head quite a bit. She was a plate for 8 years? She's told me she's only dated 3 guys her whole life. Sure, whatever. But for her to say this is her first "Real" relationship, I don't know how to feel about that.
In the 6 months we've done alot of fun shit, minus the shitty Corona Virus. We've taken road trips to Cali twice, we've been to the Grand Canyon, and have taken a trip somewhere every month since we've met. No, I don't pay for everything.
No, she's not a unicorn. That's not even my mindset that she's the one. It's just weird because this isn't the first time I've heard that from someone I'm dating.
So, is this a good thing to hear? To me it says, you're the first guy to actually take me serious, which isn't necessarily flattering, considering I looked at her as more than a plate upon meeting.
