How do you handle women who text you out of no where after flaking on you originally? Should you ask them out immediately? Wait for her to ask you out? And if she does ask you out, do you make her work for it?

For example: I had a girl text me out of the blue after flaking on me about a month ago. Asking me how I’ve been and what not. I’m not going to ask her out because I feel like the ball is in her court. If she does, I don’t wanna be too available and will tell her I’m busy but I should be free in a couple weeks. Hmu then.
