I know in most cases you should never risk fucking up your career for some work pussy. I completely submit to that notion. But what about flirting/gaming girls you work with?

For some background, I work at the largest hospital in my tri-state area. My position has me walking about ten miles per shift across the most populated areas of the hospital, alongside interacting/collaborating with hundreds of (HB7 or higher) nurses/techs per day. Naturally this means I notice many IOI's per shift, but I generally only flirt back with a few.

My problem is that working at this hospital (with a large majority of the high-population of staff being females aged 18-30) gives me a unique opportunity to really gain experience and have fun with it. But with how successful it has gone thus far in the limited trials I have done, it makes me curious if sleeping with these women will even matter since the establishment is so massive. It isn't like I run into the same girl every single day.
