Its trending ever since forex and stocks became more accessible to regular joes. Social media has people capitalising on it.

99.999% of the fuck heads on instagram dont make any money at it when you look at their track record in a 3 year period for example. Or they simply match the market.

They make their cash from idiots who buy into the easy money meme, and pay them for “signals” based on TA. They collect income from this instead of trading. There are plenty of suckers who will pay.

Trading is mostly a meme unless you know how to handle money. Most the guys doing the social media for it are high school or college drop outs, young and their favourite movie is always The Wolf of Wall Street
