Frame is being the captain of your own ship.

You set the course, you set the destination.

You have the final say on who gets to be on your ship.

You set the tone of the voyage.

You handle conflicts on your own terms, as you see fit.

A better way to think of frame is who has more control over things. Whoever's word or actions holds more weight.

Frame is a term originally borrowed from NLP. It's essentially the frame through which you view reality.

I see "frame" as integrity in who you are. Like an unbroken chain. When women try to emotionally affect you (shit test), you stand your ground and don't break a link. It's staying true to who you are and not letting someone come along and interfere with your persona. Your "frame" is like everything you think/believe. It encompasses a lot more as TRP describes. Think integrity, think unbroken, think of standing your ground in what you think and believe. Not allowing other people's frames to affect you. Not to say you shouldn't listen to what other's have to say, but not letting them influence, alter, control. or affect you unless you deem it fit to do so.
