Losing frame off a rejection looks like “I’m sorry, I’m actually a total gentleman, please forgive me”, making all the futile effort in the world to gain her approval. But you can’t give a shit if she approves of you, frame is about being who you are unshakably, even if that means you strike out.

Here’s a more specific example:

You: “so do you like marijuana?”

Her: (sternly)”no I do not”

You:”Oh, I’m actually not like that into it, excuse excuse...”

Vs.

You:”Swing and a miss. That’s ok doll, you still have a shot with me...”

If a girl hates stoners (or whatever your thing is) and you’re a stoner, losing frame would involve giving up a part of who you are so that you can be more acceptable to her. In her world, weed is bad, so you backtracking on liking weed let’s her affect your world, despite you not actually agreeing with her.

Frame is a mindset for example. If you come in with the frame that you are attractive and high value male. You should act accordingly. However if a female or male makes you think and do otherwise. You've now lost frame.
