Last semester I basically suicide rushed a house and ended up getting rejected at the last minute so I want to make the most of the week next time around. General tips are welcome but I'm also interested in what I should be looking for in a house and red flags, for instance last sem one of the brothers was pretty drunk but told me about how he's only in it for sorority girls and I'm trying to avoid a fraternity with that mentality. Also to get a head start I'm planning on trying to set up a lunch with some rush chairs now so I can be ready for next year.
