No flow charts, that's too rigid. You have to learn how to have natural conversations which takes 2 things, confidence, and practice. This ends up influencing and improving your entire life.

But if you want to simplify it, when it comes to new women, it can be as simple as;

Eye Contact, if you have this before you approach even better, you can tell a girl is attracted to you by pre-approach eye contact, either way once you're in, maintain it.

Smile, duh. Try to make it more of a smirk/grin/sexy smile, you want to come off as playful.

Playfully tease or bring up a statement/question about something relevant nearby like the event or the persons shoes, or something odd about them, you automatically come off as funny, and ballsy by teasing/joking.

After getting a laugh introduce yourself.

Here you have 2 options, continue with extra banter, or be direct and tell them something along the lines of "Hey I have to go but I thought, you're cool/interesting, I want to get to know you, lets go out some time, whats your number" It doesnt have to be those exact words, but something that conveys those things, that you have to go so you dont necessarily have to stick around for extra awkward small talk, and most importantly Intent/Interest

Remember it's a numbers game, nothing is a substitute for inner game and great social skills, and the more you get rejected and learn from it the better you'll get.

As for conversations over time you'll learn you can get away with saying ANYTHING it's just how you say it, so feel free to be a dick/jackass lol. With that said it comes down to, you bring up a story/idea/topic, they reply, you/they continue with an adjacent/relevant topic or story, and it goes back and forth. Learn to insert teases and jokes, it makes for fun times instead of a good but rather dry conversation.

People have issues conversing because they filter themselves, of course there are somethings that just shouldnt be said, but with a tight filter and consciously thinking about what to say next, its impossible to have a good conversation, so think less and learn to let the conversation flow naturally, you get better at it over time. Talk about what you're interested in because its easy to convey energy and passion in that which you know well. Have an opinion about everything. Become well read, study body language, just be a better person lol.

Tl'DR; Just relax and don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself, approach converse a few times a week, the more the better, and in literally a month your life will change drastically, I guarantee it.

Its all about not being a pussy and practice.

Not exactly a flow chart, but some points to keep in mind.

Be recklessly bold. Don't be an asshole, but be aggressive and assertive enough that you dominate whatever social situation you're in.
Show no weakness. Even if someone tries to embarrass or shame you. Be impenetrable and unstoppable. Shrug off the insults of others like they mean nothing to you and do nothing to diminish your self-worth.
If you don't like the "frame" of a certain situation (eg, if you're getting shit tested) don't work within the frame - change it. If you try to weasel someone else's frame into working in your favor, you have already failed the shit test.
When the alpha wolf is being worshipped by other lesser wolves, he does not engage in the frolicking shenanigans, he merely stands there and accepts the worship. This is how you should handle complements: don't smile or appear flattered - this makes you look like you're desperate for social validation, which demonstrates to girls that you're a beta who never gets any attention from other girls. If you get complements, shrug them off like they're normal to you. Alphas don't need the validation of others, they already know they're the shit.
Likewise, alphas don't GIVE validation unless it is hard earned. Don't flatter girls freely; the excess supply will cause its value to decline. Give flattery rarely when they truly deserve it, and it will be of much greater value.
Showing is better than telling. If you brag to your friends about this one time you picked up a chick at a bar, they may outwardly praise you, but inwardly they will think less of you, because they will be naturally inclined to disbelieve you. And even if they do believe you, doesn't matter; no one likes a braggart. However, if you can actually give them a demonstration of you picking up a chick, that will increase your social standing by x1000.
