The place where I work at has many shared workspaces and small offices with many cute girls walking all over the place. I was wondering how I would go about gaming these girls? I have no problem staring these girls in the eyes to see if they might be interested and receive enough smiles back and/or they tend to be very shy and end up looking at the floor and some that look at me like I'm a disgusting leper, but I haven't gotten past saying Hi or How are you with positive responses.

It's difficult for me to decide how I should proceed because there are pretty much always other people about that could be listening in and have a feeling that could be a problem for these girls. It's not a problem for me because I'll be here temporary. My looks and style are on point, if that helps. Any tips on how I should proceed?

EDIT: Thanks so far guys. I see people are advising me to not shit where I eat. I get that. I would also like to add that I will be gone from here soon and it will have no effect on my financial status either way. Maybe I'm being stubborn and the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
