low self-esteem
neediness is unattractive
fear of intimacy
performance anxiety
too busy
you're only looking for attention/validation
revenge against women that made you feel needy

logistics are bad
you don't get your needs met because you're worried about appearing needy, and dislike that part of yourself, and you project that dislike onto her, and perhaps dislike that she's not afraid of appearing needy when she knows what she wants

Think about it this way: If the roles were reversed and you were constantly trying to meet up with her, she'd lose interest.
